Dropsify runs on YOUR accounts: the money lands in your Stripe, orders are bought with your AliExpress and content publishes to your socials. The Connections tab is where everything plugs in — once — using each platform’s official process: Stripe’s OAuth, AliExpress’ authorization flow and Meta’s official login.
No connection stores your password: what is stored are authorization tokens, encrypted, which you can revoke anytime from Dropsify or from the platform itself. The panel shows at a glance what is connected, what is missing and what each feature needs.
Stripe (payments)
Connect your account and all your sales process against it. Essential for charging.
AliExpress (auto-orders)
Official linking so your customers’ orders buy themselves with your account.
Instagram & Facebook (per store)
Each store connects its own accounts to genuinely publish content.
Business details
Your legal details, once: they appear in every store’s legal pages and are required to sell.
Encrypted tokens
Authorizations are stored encrypted. We never store your passwords.
One-click disconnect
Any connection revokes instantly from the panel, no calls, no tickets.
Questions & answers
Which connections are mandatory?
To sell: Stripe (payments) and the business details (legals). The rest — AliExpress, Instagram, Facebook — enable automations and publishing, and connect whenever you want to use them.
Is it safe to connect my accounts?
Connections use each platform’s official flows (OAuth): you authorize on Stripe/Meta/AliExpress’ own site and Dropsify receives a limited token, stored encrypted. Your password never passes through Dropsify.
Can I disconnect an account?
Yes, in one click from Connections (or by revoking access from the platform itself). Whatever feature relied on that connection simply deactivates.
Do the same connections serve all my stores?
Stripe and AliExpress belong to your account and serve every store. Social networks go per store, so each brand publishes to its own.
What if a connection expires?
The panel shows it and asks you to reconnect (some tokens expire by the origin platform’s policy). Reconnecting is two clicks.
