How much does a video cost?
It depends on the format and length; the credit cost always shows before generating. As a current reference, a 15-second UGC is 65 credits. The script is always free, and if a generation fails, credits refund automatically.
What quality are the videos?
Resolution goes by plan: 720p on free, 1080p from Creator and 4K on Agency. The content (script, scenes, voice) is the same engine on all.
Can my own invented creator appear?
You can pick a creator from the catalog or create your own by describing her (approximate age, style, attitude). Generated once, kept in your account for all your videos.
Do videos have a voice?
Formats with a spoken script carry a generated voice; you can also burn subtitles in the style you want, for viewers watching muted.
What if the video comes out wrong?
If a job fails, credits refund automatically. And if you simply dislike one scene, the editor lets you regenerate just that part.
Where does the AI get the product from?
From your store: the real product’s photo, name and price. You can also upload a loose photo without having created a store.
